MELBOURNE
The 2023 National Futsal Championships (NFC) will be hosted in Melbourne for the first time in its history, as we see the 41st Edition of the landmark tournament take place.
The NFC have been running in Australia since 1980. Held in January each year, the NFC brings together some of the best talent in Australia for five days of fast-paced, goal-laden quality Futsal and provides competitors, officials and spectators with memories to last a lifetime.
The NFC are the biggest of Football Australia’s national championships with close to 1,000 participants from over 100 state representative teams being involved from NSW, VIC, WA, SA, QLD, TAS and ACT, along with international teams, including from New Zealand and the Solomon Islands.
In 2023, the NFC will be held at the state-of-the-art Parkville Melbourne Sports Centre, providing a central location for participants and spectators.
NFC 23 will bring together participants, families and spectators under the one roof, providing an electric atmosphere for the national tournament. With matches held at one of Melbourne's premier venues, located only minutes from the CBD, attendees can immerse themselves in all elements of the five-day event and watch on as other age groups and states battle it out. It will be epic!
